Wildwood Ultimate 2009
Ultimate Frisbee has been a fun sport for me since college. Unfortunately, I've been unable to play lately due to an ankle injury but that's another story. Anyway, this year we had the privilege of watching an organized gathering of literally hundreds of teams do battle in a single elimination tournament to see who comes out on top [link]. Holy shit that's like Sandblast. I just competed in a Beach tournament with two divisions and 48 teams. First games set the bracket then single elimination bracket play w/ playbacks for complete ranking.
